We do not offer refunds. Every resource we sell is digital and is delivered immediately, so a purchase cannot be returned once the download has been made available to you.
Please read the product page before you buy. Each one lists the frameworks, inventories, and dependencies the resource needs. If anything is unclear, ask us in Discord first — we would rather answer a question than take a sale that does not fit your server.
Why immediate delivery matters
At checkout you agree to the download starting straight away. Under EU consumer law that means you give up the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for that purchase, which is the standard rule for instantly delivered digital products. Tebex records this consent as part of the checkout.
We fix things instead
Not offering refunds does not mean leaving you stuck. If a resource does not behave the way its product page describes, open a ticket in our Discord and we will work on it with you until it does. Most reports turn out to be a configuration detail and are solved the same day.
What we cannot help with: a resource bought by mistake, a resource that does not suit a server after all, a conflict with a script we did not write, or a copy that stopped working after it was modified.
Chargebacks
Payments are processed by Tebex, who are the merchant of record. Opening a chargeback or a PayPal dispute instead of talking to us results in the licence being revoked and support ending. If something is wrong, a ticket gets it fixed faster than a dispute does.
Statutory rights
Where the consumer law of your country gives you a remedy that cannot be signed away — for example when digital content is faulty or is not what was described — that law applies regardless of this policy.
